Sian is a specialist in transnational education for vocational and HEI partnerships and projects and has a wide-ranging background in senior leadership in international vocational and HE pathway education, awarding bodies and charitable organisations. She holds an MA in Development Education from UCL and has specialisms in sustainable education partnerships and a background in teaching, quality oversight and leadership. In addition to her background in development education, she has a successful track record of commercial leadership in the education sector with strong skills in revenue generation, programme development, department turnaround, quality improvement and governance and high-level stakeholder relationship building.
Sian has extensive experience as a technical education consultant across LI, MI and HI regions with particular specialisms in vocational-HE partnerships, EFL, refugee provision, programme design and monitoring, employability and work-based learning. She also has specialisms in education policy and implementation, early years and family learning, life long learning and workforce planning, quality improvement and capacity building for education institutes and embedding skills for sustainability and entrepreneurship across provision.
