Founder, Owner & CEO Early Years Educational Services & Quest Direct 

Sarah is an expert in early years and an educationalist with a passion for lifelong learning who believes in giving others the opportunities to learn and to develop their knowledge and skills to deliver high quality learning environments for young children.

Sarah is the founder, owner and CEO of an educational training company based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Early Years Educational Services (EYES) established in 2008, and Quest Direct established in 2014, merged in 2019 to provide high quality training and support for early years and primary school professionals. This organisation is now the early years market leader in Middle East.

Sarah specialises in international early years consultancy, external quality assurance, assessment, developing work-based learning strategy, policy and programmes and in working with educational trainers and consultants to deliver a range of UK educational qualifications and short continuing professional development courses for nursery and primary school teachers and support staff.  She has experience in working with policy, regulatory and government stakeholders on early years sector initiatives, quality improvement, implementing work-based learning and regional workforce development planning.

Sarah is currently dividing her time between the UK and the UAE, as she completes her PHD with the University of Reading in the UK.
